Must present a positive and professional image to clients; possess strong attention to detail; be able to work outdoors in all seasons; be able to document customer records/work performed and maintain a responsible, reliable and willing to learn attitude.
Duties include customer installs, network and radio connectivity troubleshooting, high-speed internet service recovery, mounting of customer outdoor radio equipment, running CAT5, regular ladder climbing and rooftop work as well as working directly with customers to educate and recommend service solutions.
Should be familiar with point-to-point and point-to-multipoint radio equipment and various PC/MAC operating systems.
